Welcome Meghan, Yoga for Overall Health


We are thrilled to introduce Meghan as our newest addition to our yoga community! With a passion for holistic wellness and a deep understanding of yoga principles, Meghan brings a unique blend of energy and serenity to her classes. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner.


What Meghan has learned over the last two decades, especially given the COVID-19 pandemic, is how isolated we can become—not only from others but also from ourselves. Sacrificing time, energy, physical body, and emotional health for everyone and everything else can leave us feeling depleted. The realization of the critical need for self-care came after several health challenges over the last 25 years that left Meghan desperate for a change. She began studying all forms of emotional and physical health in earnest, completing specialized training across multiple disciplines.

Meghan loves learning and is always advancing her studies. She has a particular interest in the mind/body/spirit approach to health and healing and finds great joy in helping others remember and reconnect to their true nature.
