Spring Santa Fe 2020

Podcasts – think of them as talk radio on demand. Almost any streaming music service, (Pandora, Spotify) has podcasts. You can search their library for topics or specific podcasts. I have a podcast app on my phone and subscribe to all the geeky ones I can find. As I go out for my daily 2x walk, I open the app and setup episodes for my walk. I highly suggest Brené Brown’s podcasts from her Unlocking Us series.

The Daily - New York Times podcast - great in-depth news, great reporting but I can only take so much reality right now

Unlocking Us - Brene Brown - more grounded and supportive
