Our Programs

Unwind and release your stress while building strength and increasing your vital life force energy. Our moves are accessible to everyone and easy to do standing or seated. Modified for any fitness level, our classes are designed to heal and condition your body, mind, emotions, and spirit, offering immediate stress relief and vitality improvement. Our instruction is age-appropriate—designed for healthy aging by senior instructors. 

Balance is an essential part of functional fitness and strength training. Good balance helps prevent falls and injuries and makes daily activities easier. Balance and Strength classes are low-impact and designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Yoga and Gentle Tai Chi increase flexibility, balance, and harmony. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles while holding a pose can build strength. Basic stretching and movement ease pain and improve mobility.
